Thankz seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial CFO to oversee financial strategy, fundraising, and operations on behalf of a client. This position is ideal for a high-achieving professional with 8-12 years of experience and a strong background in real estate finance, DeFi, blockchain, or fintech.
Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations , reporting, and compliance.
Lead fundraising efforts
to support growth and innovation. Develop financial strategies
that align with tokenized real estate solutions. Lead cross-functional teams
to drive financial efficiency. Serve as a leader in
integrating traditional finance with blockchain technology . Qualifications Master’s degree
in finance, business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8-12 years of experience
in finance, ideally in fintech, DeFi, blockchain, and venture capital, ideally combined with real estate finance. Proven success in
fundraising, scaling businesses, and financial strategy . Remote work experience
in US markets. Excellent communication skills , written and spoken. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of
