Lutine Bell are supporting a high growth, international Financial Services firm to appoint their UK CFO. Working with the executive team you will be responsible for driving financial strategy, as well as leading the UK Finance Function.
We are looking for a Director level candidate currently working in a complex financial services organisation who is looking to take their first step into a CFO position.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner UK CEO to drive business strategy
Lead and develop the finance function, future proofing for further growth
Involvement in M&A activity and commercial decision making
Work with international, group-wide partners on strategy and transformation projects
Key Requirements:
Experienced finance professional with equal ability and interest in Accounting & Commercial Finance
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
International exposure, with ability to work within a Matrix style group
Financial Services experience
Package & Working Pattern:
Salary up to £150k + Car Allowance
20% Target Bonus
LTIP
2 Days per week in their MK/Bedfordshire office with ability to flex hours
