Join us in shaping the future of robotics. The Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As the CFO of Wootzano, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving the company’s financial strategy to support its rapid growth and technological innovation. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with experience in high-growth technology or robotics environments, capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Wootzano’s mission and growth objectives. Fundraising and Investor Relations:

Lead efforts to secure funding, including venture capital, grants, and strategic partnerships. Build strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure fiscal discipline and optimal resource allocation. Operations and Compliance:

Ensure robust financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements in the tech and robotics industry. Partnerships and Contracts:

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, customers, and partners to maximise value and mitigate risks. Technology and Innovation Focus:

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to align financial strategies with technological development and R&D investments. Team Development:

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of scaling with the company. Key Qualifications

Proven Experience:

At least 10 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the technology, robotics, or engineering sectors. Education:

MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred, with a strong foundation in finance, economics, or accounting. Fundraising Expertise:

Demonstrated success in securing venture capital, public funding, and strategic investments. Strategic Vision:

Ability to connect financial strategies with technological advancements and market trends. Analytical Skills:

Exceptional skills in financial modelling, data-driven decision-making, and risk management. Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with the compliance landscape in robotics, AI, and technology sectors, including export controls and intellectual property rights. Leadership:
