Axon Moore are supporting a services sector client in the South Yorkshire region in the search for a Chief Financial Officer.
The business are seeking a talented leader who can work with the owners and the board to continue the business' growth trajectory and seek to grow both organically and via M&A.
Key responsibilities for the role will include;
Steering the business through growth and assessing the various funding options available Working with the C-Suite team to drive an expansion plan Ensuring a robust financial controls frameworks are in place and adhered to Mentoring the members of the finance function Overseeing other back office functions of the business Ensuring the board have the necessary insight to make sound business decisions The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills and experience
Qualified finance leader with experience as an FD/CFO within an SME A track record of helping a business achieve growth and expansion Able to manage a range of external stakeholders, skilfully and diplomatically ensuring all interests are met and the business the business has key relationships in place to enable growth Possessing gravitas and influencing ability to drive and affect change This is an outstanding opportunity in the South Yorkshire region which would present an exciting challenge for a stand out finance leader in the region.
Candidates will ideally need to be based in the vicinity of the South Yorkshire region, as the business seeks a visible leader who can be present and play a key leadership role in the business.
