Chief Financial Officer
Salary: 125,000 - 140,000 + 25% bonus + pension Location: Southampton office based role. Are you an experienced finance (FD/CFO) professional with experience working in the FMCG/Manufacturing or Distribution sector? Are you looking to join a company that has grown 20% YoY and is looking to increase both their UK and European footprint? Reporting directly into the Managing Director and Board, your team will hold responsibility for all financially related matters covering reporting, analysis, strategy, external relationships, pricing, contracts and potential funding and/or M&A. You will play a pivotal role in positioning the company for future growth by creating a world-class finance function, providing relevant and accurate insight to enable commercial decisions and ensuring top-class systems and processes are implemented and adhered to. The Role:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Oversee all aspects of financial management and provide accurate and timely financial analysis. Manage external stakeholders and investors. The Person:
Proven track record as a CFO/FD with success in the FMCG/Manufacturing or Distribution sectors. Experienced manager of finance teams, who can implement world-class culture and systems. Strong communicator that can represent the business at Board level and with external parties.
