The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the executive leadership team. As CMO, you will be the driving force behind our global marketing strategy, shaping our brand, and accelerating growth. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to make a significant impact on a dynamic and ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals, driving brand awareness and market share growth Targeted Campaign Execution: Identify optimal target sources and execute effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximize ROI and achieve business objectives Financial Oversight & Reporting: Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and profitability control for all marketing initiatives, providing regular, data-driven reports to track KPIs and measure success Partnership Development: Create innovative terms and models for partnership programs, collaborating effectively with existing partners to drive mutual growth Performance Optimization: Analyze audience behavior, continuously optimize advertising campaign metrics, and enhance user funnels to improve conversion and engagement Team Leadership & Management: Build, lead, and manage high-performing teams across media buying, affiliate marketing, SEO, and SMM, aligning all activities with shared KPIs Global Market Expansion: Scale products and volumes into new geographic markets, according to strategic plans, driving international growth Requirements:

Proven CMO Experience: Demonstrable track record of success as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar senior marketing leadership role within the IT/digital marketing sector Strong Experience in Affiliate sphere Scale & Launch Expertise: Proven success in scaling existing projects and launching new initiatives from the ground up, with clear examples of quantifiable results Strategic Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of how to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and business plans across all marketing aspects, including branding, product promotion, and customer acquisition Market Analysis Proficiency: Solid experience in market research and data analysis methodologies, with a keen ability to extract actionable insights from data Multi-Technique Application: Ability to successfully apply a range of marketing techniques across various media channels Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong system and structural thinking, complemented by outstanding analytical and strategic abilities Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (C1/C2 level).
