We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial CMO who will take charge of the global marketing strategy, build a high-performing marketing team, and apply a creative and data-driven approach to drive growth, in the context of a merger. Your work at Bizzdesign will have a tangible, worldwide impact in a constantly evolving landscape that demands continuous adaptation. What will you do? As the CMO of Bizzdesign, you will report to the COO and play a key role in the Corporate Management Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and business goal achievement. The main goals in 2025 will be to converge to one brand by September and drive business growth. You will lead a global marketing team across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, PR, Content Creation, and Demand Generation. Your responsibilities include: Marketing Performance Management: Critically analyze current team capabilities and manage performance to KPI targets, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Inspire, mentor, and develop the Marketing team, addressing performance gaps and making strategic hires to strengthen capabilities and drive high performance. Create and implement a creative marketing plan aligned with business goals. Transition to product-focused growth strategies while showcasing offerings in the competitive SaaS market. Effectively integrate new brands into the overall marketing plan post-merger. Customer and Sales Alignment: Build relationships with customers to understand their challenges and apply insights to impactful marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing and sales strategies. Digital Marketing Vision: Enhance the company’s digital presence across all major online platforms. Improve website performance and search engine ranking (SEO/SEA). Utilize social media channels, especially LinkedIn, for better positioning and customer outreach. Develop strong branding, clear messaging, and eye-catching content to generate leads. Budget and Data Management: Effectively prioritize substantial budgets across multiple markets and initiatives to maximize ROI. Conduct regular market analyses, use real-time data insights to identify growth opportunities and challenges, and define ideal customer profiles to implement a market-leading demand generation engine. Brand Reputation: Maintain and reinforce the company’s global brand reputation and positioning. Develop marketing campaigns that drive sales in strategic markets. What are we looking for? You have 15+ years of experience as a marketing executive professional within complex software and Enterprise B2B SaaS organizations. You have proven international experience in global markets. You have a go-getter attitude with the ability to hit the ground running, unify best practices, and lead through a post-merger transition. You have strong product marketing experience, with the ability to drive positioning and messaging processes to clearly articulate value propositions and unique differentiation across a multi-product portfolio, ensuring appropriate cross-functional collaboration. You have expertise in developing and implementing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives to drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand reputation. You have a proven track record of successfully leading new product launches, including market research, go-to-market strategy development, and execution, resulting in measurable business growth. You have experience leading a brand convergence and transitioning to product-focused growth strategies. You have a strong ability to build relationships with customers, understand their challenges, and create result-oriented marketing campaigns. You have demonstrated ability to align marketing strategies across multiple product lines, ensuring consistency and synergy, while collaborating closely with sales leadership to achieve unified business objectives. You have a clear vision for enhancing the company’s digital presence through SEO/SEA, website optimization, and strategic use of social media (especially LinkedIn). You are a strong team leader with a track record of managing and growing high-performing global teams, providing mentorship, and making strategic hires. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are expected to travel frequently to different locations globally. What is in it for you?
