Chief Marketing Officer – UK College Division Location: London (3 days per week) Salary: £100,000–£120,000 base 83zero are partnered with a global leader in education and professional development services. They are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy for their UK College Division. Role Summary As the CMO, you will oversee and develop comprehensive marketing, branding, performance, and PR strategies to grow multiple brands within the UK College portfolio. Your role will focus on driving revenue generation, brand awareness, and market competitiveness through innovative campaigns and initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives while leading a high-performing marketing and sales team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan across all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage the marketing budget, focusing on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Oversee brand and marketing activity to increase brand awareness and reputation. Establish KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reports on marketing effectiveness. Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and global marketing teams to enhance performance. Drive customer relationship management strategies and optimize processes to improve student acquisition and retention. Guide the sales team, creating strategies to meet ambitious growth and revenue targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and student perceptions to inform marketing and sales strategies. Requirements Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. Knowledge and Skills: Expertise in data-driven marketing strategies with a strong analytical mindset. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Financial acumen and experience managing multi-channel budgets. Knowledge of branding, customer relationship management, and sales strategies. Proven ability to work with C-Suite and Board-level executives. Experience: 7+ years in a senior marketing leadership role, with a focus on growth, lead generation, and brand development. Track record of delivering against ambitious year-on-year targets. Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing and sales teams.
