Job Description
Responsibilities Oversee and lead the clinical development strategy and execution for our oncology programs Provide medical input and strategic guidance throughout the drug development process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of medical strategies Lead the medical monitoring of ongoing clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Act as a key representative for the company in interactions with regulatory agencies, key opinion leaders, and investigators Contribute to the development and execution of medical affairs strategies Mentor and provide leadership to the clinical development team
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD) and relevant board certification Demonstrated experience as a CMO or in a senior medical leadership role in the biopharmaceutical industry Proven track record in clinical development, particularly in Oncology Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovative medical strategies
Day-to-day
Collaborate with the executive team to align medical strategies with overall company objectives Lead and guide the clinical development team in designing and executing clinical trials Provide medical oversight and input for ongoing clinical studies Engage with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders to advance medical strategies Stay updated on the latest developments in oncology and ensure the integration of new knowledge into clinical development plans
