Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the establishment of a new entity. This pivotal role will drive change management, ensure effective communication, and provide essential project management and operational support for key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership, demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement and leadership across transformative projects. Key Requirements: Change Management : Lead the change process associated with the establishment of the new entity. Communication : Ensure seamless communication across various levels of the organisation, keeping all stakeholders aligned. Project Management Support : Develop and track detailed project plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery. Strategic Leadership : Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief Strategy Officer, providing oversight and guidance on key strategic initiatives. Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with organisational goals. Executive Reporting : Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership, providing clear and concise updates on progress and outcomes. Skillset and Experience: Proven experience as a Chief of Staff within the energy sector, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics. Consulting background with expertise in delivering strategic insights and solutions to drive business transformation. Track record of successfully delivering high-impact initiatives, shaping business strategies and leading key projects. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and motivating cross-functional teams and preparing impactful executive reports and presentations.
