The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or membership engagement, with a proven track record of managing and nurturing customer relationships. About the Role Conduct interviews with potential members
to explain the value of CSA membership, products, and services. Serve as the primary point of contact
for all inquiries to our external inbox, providing prompt and informative responses. Handle ad-hoc requests from applicants and members , ensuring their needs are met. Collaborate with accounts teams
to manage sponsorships and facilitate the onboarding of sponsored members. Assist with invoicing
and work closely with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues. Provide insights and feedback
to the leadership team on trends and potential barriers to membership.
