Explain the value of CSA membership, products, and services to potential members. Serving as Primary Point of Contact:
Handle all inquiries to our external inbox, providing prompt and informative responses. Handling Requests:
Assist with ad-hoc requests from applicants and members, ensuring their needs are met. Collaboration:
Work closely with accounts teams to manage sponsorships and facilitate the onboarding of sponsored members. Invoicing and Payment Resolution:
Assist with invoicing and work closely with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues. Trend Analysis:
Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team on trends and potential barriers to membership.
