THE SEARCH: Altus Partners is excited to partner with a fast-growing and well-established family office based in Manchester that invests across private equity and real estate. They are seeking a Chief of Staff to be a key driver of growth within the business. THE ROLE: The Chief of Staff provides high-level operational and strategic support to the executive team, ensuring the efficient execution of business priorities and facilitating alignment across departments. This role involves overseeing operational workflows, driving key projects, and serving as a thought partner to the Founder to advance organizational goals. Strategic Planning:

Partner with leadership to develop and execute company strategy, set goals, and track performance. Communication & Stakeholder Management:

Oversee internal and external communication, manage key relationships, and ensure clear reporting. Operational Efficiency:

Lead initiatives to improve cross-departmental workflows, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the execution of high-priority projects. Portfolio Management:

Support the management of £50m private equity, property, and bridging portfolios, and assist with strategic investments. HR & Talent:

Manage performance reviews and leadership development. Data & Technology:

Analyze performance data, drive digitalization, and manage technology infrastructure. Risk & Compliance:

Identify and mitigate organizational risks, and oversee crisis management. THE REQUIREMENTS: 8+ years of experience in management, finance, private equity, or project management roles. Strong understanding of investment principles, including IRR. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in high-growth or complex organizations. Proactive and results-oriented. Agile and adaptable in fast-paced environments. Collaborative and discreet with confidential information.
