You : The Chief of Staff (COS) is in charge of providing leadership in AutoGrow’s talent management and recruitment, making policies and decisions that support AutoGrow’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values, as well as the implementation of internal processes (e.g. workflows). You are someone who is obsessed with increasing productivity and effectiveness among team members. You will maintain continuous communication with management, team leads, and team members to ensure the smooth operations of AutoGrow. Your goals are to build relationships, identify the right people in the right roles, and ensure that organizational processes are optimized for efficiency and productivity. You and The Work : You’ll work remote/from home full-time during 9-5pm EST business hours. You will oversee the team leads assigned to the different departments (Copy, Design, Project Management, Development, QA Editing) and the hiring team. You will also recommend and implement improvements in the team’s structure, skills gaps, and policies. The person best for this role must have a positive attitude with great problem-solving and strategic abilities. Someone who is a people-person, a good collaborator, and enjoys making things work better. Your Experience / Knowledge : Must have at least 2 years of experience in executive management, communications, human resource, or organizational management. You must have the ability to build relationships with team members and team leads and serve as a liaison between management and team members. Excellent English communication skills, risk-assessment skills, and great judgment are key to success in this important role. REQUIREMENTS Must have a reliable, stable internet connection Prior experience managing high-performance teams Have previously worked with a high-growth company in the process of scaling (fast) Takes the responsibility of finding the right people (both qualified and the right cultural fit) obsessively seriously Able to develop/maintain/optimize a hiring system where many dozens of applicants per day are coming in Ideally has previous management/HR experience Must be comfortable learning and using new software (we use our own simple project management software) and enjoy working within a proven process Must be reliable, diligent and enjoy having a position where staying organized and communicating clearly is key Must be available to work during company business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST (New York Time) APPLY HERE Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Salary : From $139,140.00 per month Experience : Executive Management: 2 years (required) Language : English (required)
