Chief of Staff
Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing private equity-backed technology firm. They're growing both organically and acquisitively and have a strong conversion for EBITDA. The business is a strong market fit with long term contracts. As a result they're looking to bolster their commercial and strategic capabilities with a Chief of Staff as they continue with double digit growth.
We're looking for a commercially strong and process driven individual to join the team to drive strategy, operational excellence, and develop core KPIs across the business. This is a brilliant all encompassing position in a business that values employees and progression internally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO and wider leadership team to drive strategic goals
- Driving innovative analytics by collaborating with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities across departments and operational excellence
- Leadership of analytics and performance analysis across the business to drive KPIs and optimising business performance
- Development of strategic plans across different departments to increase profitability and business transformation
- Lead on internal and external cross functional projects
Essential Background:
- Experience partnering senior stakeholders
- Strong communicator
- P&L management desirable but not necessary
