5-COSEA/SD Chief of Staff / Senior EA to UHNWI Up to £100K (potentially negotiable) West End / Marylebone Private Family office Permanent ASAP Start Fully office-based Please note that candidates without experience of private support, household management and experience of providing high-level administrative support to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals will unfortunately not be considered for this role. The Client: An UHNW family office attached to a leading international real estate business. The Role: This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful family office as Chief of Staff and Senior EA to an UHNWI. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Full business support – arranging meetings and travel, diary management, inbox management and acting as contact point for the individual Full personal support – arranging personal appointments, handling all equipment, bills and IT and extensive global travel Household management – managing multiple residences including management of large team of household staff Accompanying Principal on international trips from time to time Negotiating bills, contracts and invoice Running errands as and when needed Ad-hoc project and administrative support. Candidate Specification: Experience of supporting an UHNW individual or family with both personal and business support (essential) Experience of household and property management, particularly supporting households with teams of 15+ (essential) Tech-savvy and good knowledge of systems including CCTV and AV equipment (essential) High degree of professionalism, discretion and excellent time management (essential) Autonomous and self-starting (essential) Flexible, adaptable and can-do attitude (essential). Additional Information: Salary for this role is highly competitive (up to circa £100K) and the role comes with additional benefits including a discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday. This is a demanding role which will require out of hours support. The role will be fully office-based, with occasional international travel with the Executive Chairman and travel to the private family home.
