About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team as Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of Penny Brohn UK, providing strategic support to the CEO and Board of Trustees. As Chief of Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administration and governance support, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our charitable objectives. You will work closely with the CEO and Board members to drive forward our mission and ensure the continued success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships. Manage complex meeting schedules and coordinate reporting and paperwork to facilitate efficient decision-making. Contribute to the development and implementation of our charitable objectives, aligning with the CEO's vision and strategy. Requirements A minimum of [X] years' experience in office management, preferably at Board level or within a charitable environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
