Citizens Advice Woking (CAW) is seeking an exceptional Chief Officer (CO) to drive our vision forward and lead our organisation into an exciting future. We are looking for an inspiring leader who – Has a proven track record of strategic leadership and organisational development in the voluntary sector Excels in building partnerships and influencing stakeholders Has a proven track record of income generation and diversification Is a skilled communicator with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams Possesses strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
