Proven experience working in a company with a large telesales team. High-Volume Sales:

Demonstrated experience managing high-volume sales environments, with a company making hundreds of sales daily. Marketing Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of in-house digital marketing strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC) and SEO traffic generation. Software Experience:

Ability to develop and integrate software solutions to suit operational needs. B2C Experience:

Significant experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) operations, understanding the intricacies and demands of consumer markets. Company Size:

Must have experience working in companies of 50 - 250 employees. Nice to Haves:

Automotive Experience:

Experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of its unique operational and market challenges. International Operations:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in an operational leadership role, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. Location:
