They are a dynamic, fast-paced company with a dedicated team of sales, operations, finance and marketing experts looking for an experienced entrepreneurial leader to develop and deliver the business plan.
£80,000 – £100,000 plus bonus

As COO, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Finalise and implement a comprehensive three to five year growth strategy
Manage and inspire a talented team to achieve exceptional results
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and clients
Presenting to funders to raise capital and investment for the company
Manage all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to property deals and legal matters
Position the company for a successful exit within 3-5 years
What we’re looking for:
A proven track record of building and scaling start-up businesses
The ability to develop and execute long-term strategies
Strong leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams
A deep understanding of financial planning, cashflow and budgets
The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
A genuine interest in the sports industry or a successful track record in growing and selling a business
