Chief Operating Officer (COO)

to help us revolutionise the music industry. The company has invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their products worldwide via our store at zero cost. We are working with leading record labels, streaming services, digital service providers, distributors, and iconic global artists who are keen to partner with us to build a global solution for physical media. We would also like to give small artists and those at the beginning of their careers frictionless access to offer vinyl and CD to their fans via our innovative solution and planned production/fulfilment centres in Europe, USA, and Asia. The vinyl market has been growing on average more than 20% yearly over the last 16 years, and even CDs are growing for the first time in two decades. Over 30 million creators are releasing their music online today, growing 30% a year. They represent the fastest-growing music segment. Most would like to have their music on vinyl or CD for their friends & family and especially their fans. elasticStage will provide them with easy and affordable access via its unique and scalable on-demand tech. Chief Operating Officer (COO)

to join our dynamic leadership team during this exciting growth phase. As

COO , you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, aligning business processes, and ensuring the company’s strategic goals are met. Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s vision. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, from production to supply chain management, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture across teams. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives.

Team Management and Development:

Mentor and lead department heads, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture. Build and maintain an organizational structure aligned with company goals.

Process and Performance Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Partner with the CEO to translate the company’s vision into actionable strategies. Ensure alignment between all departments and company-wide goals.

Risk and Compliance:

Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support company growth. Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and operational expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven senior leadership experience, ideally within a high-growth environment. Expertise in managing and scaling complex operations in a fast-paced, high-demand industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
