We are seeking an accomplished

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

to lead a critical organisational transformation for a

boutique consulting firm . This role is confidential, and the client's identity will only be disclosed at a later stage to shortlisted candidates. This opportunity is available on a

permanent ,

fixed-term contract (FTC) , or

interim basis , ensuring the right expertise is secured to deliver immediate impact and long-term success. The Role The COO will be responsible for stabilising operations while driving a strategic transformation to a scalable, client-focused business model. This dual-focus role requires a deep understanding of consulting operations and expertise in embedding efficient systems and processes. Key responsibilities include: Operational Leadership:

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Strategic Transformation:

Design and implement scalable frameworks to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Cultural Change:

Drive accountability and collaboration, fostering a high-performing and client-centric culture. Framework Development:

Establish systems that connect decisions to KPIs, ensuring measurable results. Client-Centric Structures:

Build frameworks to enhance client outcomes and improve service delivery. Candidate Profile We are seeking candidates who possess: Consulting Expertise:

Strong operational leadership experience in the consulting industry or a similar professional services environment. Proven Transformation Leadership:

Demonstrated success in managing significant organisational transformations in boutique or mid-sized firms. Process and Systems Design:

Expertise in embedding scalable systems, processes, and frameworks to drive efficiency and accountability. Cultural Change Leadership:

Ability to lead cultural shifts that align teams with strategic, client-focused goals. Resilience and Adaptability:

Skilled at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and maintaining focus under pressure. Global Insight:

Experience managing geographically distributed teams and delivering across multiple regions is desirable. What We Offer A
