South West Yorkshire Partnership is a specialist NHS Foundation Trust - established in 2002 - that provides community, mental health and learning disability services to the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield. We also provide some medium secure (forensic) services to the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber too. Our Community Partnership Over 1 million people live in Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield across urban and rural communities from a range of diverse backgrounds. As Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our Executive Team, leading our operational and clinical teams to ensure we provide safe, high-quality patient-centred care and services, addressing health inequalities across the communities which we serve. A values-driven leader with a forward-thinking approach and ability to inspire and lead innovative ways of thinking and working, you will be instrumental in cultivating an inclusive culture, centred on service users and individuals, empowering our colleagues, and upholding our values.
