Oversee day-to-day operations and deliver the strategic vision for technology across the division. Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams across software, hardware, AI, and data analysis. Ensure seamless delivery of complex technical projects on time and within budget. Drive data-driven decision-making and optimize resources to meet financial objectives. Promote a culture of operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Attributes Required

Extensive experience in senior technology leadership roles, such as CTO, Technical Director, or Operations Director. Strong technical knowledge in areas such as IoT, AI, data analytics, embedded engineering, and software architecture. Proven track record of managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality, scalable technology solutions. Commercial acumen with expertise in budget management, P&L oversight, and strategic planning.
