You will assume full responsibility for the company's revenue and growth strategies. As an expert revenue architect, you will establish a long-term view that balances short-term urgency with long-term enterprise value. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to grow the business. Drive tight alignment across the GTM, ensuring collaboration across Sales/Growth and Marketing. Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency, and implement changes to enhance the consultancy's overall performance and competitiveness. Revenue Operations and Performance Management:
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and drive revenue growth. Ensure the optimisation of sales enablement strategies, empowering the sales team with essential resources and knowledge. Go-to-Market Optimisation:
Optimise GTM strategies to effectively target global enterprise customers. Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing and sales initiatives to maximise customer acquisition and retention. Oversee the creation of compelling value propositions and messaging. Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage a team of experts in Sales, Growth and Marketing. Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, set clear goals and implement effective coaching and development programs. Customer Engagement and Success:
Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value. Work cross-functionally with department directors to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Requirements: Over 10 years in a revenue leadership role within the consultancy sector. Proven experience as the most senior revenue leader in the consultancy sector. Consultancy experience is a prerequisite for this position. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Proven track record of responsibility for at least an 8-figure revenue target. Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting and forecasting with a strong drive to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results. Strong strategic and analytical skills for developing and executing GTM strategies and operational plans. Exceptional leadership with a history of building high-performing teams. Experience in consultative selling at a c-suite level. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter. Strong personal work ethic and good time management skills.
