The Chief Science Officer will play a pivotal role in driving BX's scientific innovation, transforming cutting-edge environmental science into commercially viable technology solutions. This hands-on leadership position requires a deep understanding of environmental science, commercialisation, and product development. If you’re passionate about combining

and are ready to lead a world-class team of scientists and innovators, this unique role is for you. What You’ll Do: Lead Scientific Innovation:

Drive the development of high-impact environmental tech that supports carbon credit projects and regenerative agriculture efforts. Ensure Scientific Rigour:

Set and maintain high standards for BX’s climate-related initiatives, from carbon footprint assessments to data integration. Represent BX Globally:

Act as the public face of BX’s scientific mission at industry events, conferences, and in the media. Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a team of specialist scientists, transforming complex research into real-world solutions. Data-Driven Decisions:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-driven insights into tech and empower our customers with meaningful, actionable data. What You’ll Bring: PhD in

Environmental Science

or a related field (e.g., soil health, carbon credits, biochar, regenerative agriculture). 10+ years of experience translating scientific research into

commercial products

in the ClimateTech or AgriTech space. Proven leadership managing teams of

specialist scientists

and sustainability professionals. Experience working closely with product development, engineering, and executive leadership teams. A strong background in

data analysis

and product innovation. Excellent communicator, with a track record of representing companies in high-profile settings like conferences, media, or investor meetings. BX Culture: BX fosters a culture of
