Job Title: Chief Scientific Officer

As we continue to expand our portfolio of ground-breaking therapies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Scientific Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for designing and executing the discovery and preclinical research strategy.
- You will structure and manage non-clinical operation and implement the IP strategy of the business.
- You will set up new and manage existing academic collaborations.
- Oversee analytical interactions with external CROs, CDMOs, consultants and collaborators to ensure analytical assay development, manufacturability assessment and CMC.
- Interact with health authorities on aspects of pre-clinical development and participating in the drafting of the necessary regulatory documents
- Stimulate partnerships with pharma & biotech as well as participating in the next round of financing
Qualifications:
- PhD in Immunology or a related field
- Over 10 years' industrial experience in biotech/pharma within drug discovery and research.
- A track record of developing Cell Therapy programs from Discovery to Phase 1 and successfully submitted and IND in the Oncology or IO space.
- Success in collaborations and has a track record of pitching to investors.
- The role is a on-site position and would require to be on-site in King's Cross 4 days per week.
