£185K to $200K base + Bonus + Options About the Company

After a recent Private Equity sale and strategic acquisitions, the company grows from strength to strength and are looking for an experienced CTO to be responsible for all IT functions and in charge of a new 2025 AI Data Strategy. With large scale projects planned across Data Analytics, CRM integrations and a major SAP upgrade. Responsibilities Day to Day - BAU - Management of 80 technology staff Build a new Data & AI 2025 Strategy and roadmap (20% of the role) Technology organisation review and process improvement Set objectives and strategies for the IT department Global roll out for multiple CRM integrations and implementation roadmap strategy and international SAP Implementation. Create, maintain, and deliver a comprehensive IT strategy across all business functions Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to modernize tools, processes, and systems that enhance project delivery and client engagement Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage Requirements and skills Proven experience as CTO for a growth business (headcount min 500) Experience managing 50+ reports Recent commercial AI strategy and delivery experience. Working within Professional Services, Enterprise Software, Media, Online Communities or a Digital & Offline Marketplace Proven experience with M&A software integrations and Private Equity trade sales Experience creating and managing a global budget Strong business acumen, including excellent business relationship management skills, ability to liaise and manage the Board and Investors BSc/BA in computer science, engineering Next steps Lets talk, all enquiries and discussions are strictly confidential.
