About the Role

As CTO, you'll be the driving force behind an ambitious digital evolution, leading the development and integration of innovative, scalable solutions across the business. This is a highly strategic and technical role, requiring both high-level vision and hands-on leadership. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure the technology roadmap supports long-term growth while delivering operational excellence and seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a transformative technology roadmap to build a scalable, efficient, and innovative platform. Hands-On Technical Expertise:

Lead the development and integration of systems, including Ruby on Rails, SugarCRM, AWS, .NET portals, and APIs. Technology Operations:

Oversee platforms, ensure data security and governance, and implement automation tools to streamline workflows. Team Leadership:

Build and mentor a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Project Management:

Deliver large-scale digital transformation projects, manage third-party relationships, and introduce agile practices.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a CTO with: Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. A hands-on approach to working with complex tech stacks, including Ruby on Rails, AWS, and CRM platforms. Expertise in leading digital transformations, API integrations, and platform scalability. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Experience in the automotive, leasing, or mobility sectors is a bonus but not essential.
