Due to continued growth, Wace Morgan Solicitors are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Legal Secretary to join our dynamic and busy Child Care team. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Child Care Fee Earners. Prepare, format, and file legal documents. Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court appearances. Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals. Assist with the preparation of trial materials. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally with the appropriate level of empathy. Qualifications: Demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Family or Child Care law. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
