Childcare Manager (Maternity Cover) - Internal 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year As well as taking an active role with the children, you will lead the setting’s childcare team, modelling and guiding best practice to ensure that the best possible learning and play opportunities are offered to the children. Share your love for learning and make a real difference in children’s development and learning journeys. You will also work alongside ‘behind the scenes’ staff, coordinating the smooth running of all nursery operations, supporting the Group Director and communicating with the marketing lead and admissions team to help drive new childcare placements.
