Children Law Solicitor / Legal Executive – 2+ PQE This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly experienced team of specialist childcare solicitors. The firm has an outstanding reputation in the region for their first-class work. My client is seeking a solicitor to join their Care department, which deals with childcare and Children Law matters. Responsibilities: Handle childcare matters and Children Law cases. Engage with the Legal Aid Agency and manage Legal Aid matters. Develop a specialism in childcare law within a supportive team environment. Qualifications: Solid grounding in childcare matters gained at a respected firm. Experience with the Legal Aid Agency is highly beneficial. Membership of resolution and Children’s Panel membership is desired but not essential. The team is highly supportive, and you will be encouraged to develop your career with the firm. You will enjoy a collegiate environment while having the autonomy to develop a real specialism in childcare law.
