We work collaboratively to manage complexity, mitigate risk, and achieve meaningful outcomes through assessments, therapy, family work, group sessions, consultation, and training. A recognised qualification in nursing, social work, or allied health professions. Experience working with children and young people facing mental health challenges. Knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or systemic approaches. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Risk Management: Proven experience supporting children and young people who present with clinical risk due to mental and emotional health needs. Resilience Under Pressure: Confidence in managing a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability.
