Annual Salary: Circa £55,000 - £60,000 Location: Waltham Abbey Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our new 2-bed children’s home in Romford. This role is ideal for a compassionate and experienced individual who is committed to providing exceptional care and creating a nurturing environment for children. Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the daily operations of the children’s home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the children. Develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of the children. Lead, inspire, and manage a team of care professionals, promoting continuous professional development. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards set by governing bodies. Manage budgets and ensure the efficient use of resources. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, families, and external agencies. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high standards of care and professional growth. Handle any emergencies that arise, providing leadership and stability for both staff and children. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home. Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and standards in child care. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and implement effective care plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and a genuine passion for child welfare. Relevant qualifications in social work, child care, or related field. Benefits:
