Let us dive into the job specifications for the residential practitioner position: I am now supporting Doncaster City Council with their recruitment of Senior Children’s support workers who work with children with disabilities and looked after children. Salary:

£30,151 - £33,000 depending on experience per annum Job Purpose

The Senior Practitioner’s role is to lead the residential practitioner team which supports, encourages, and safeguards children and young people in their development, enabling them to make positive contributions to their families, society, and local communities. Key Responsibilities:

Care and Support: Implement care plans, conduct risk assessments, and devise support and health plans. Provide appropriate levels of personal care for children and young people with disabilities and complex needs, including bathing, toileting, dressing, changing, and feeding as appropriate.
