Children with Disabilities Team - Experienced Social Worker Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and their families? Do you have experience in social work and disability support? Cheshire East are seeking skilled Social Workers to join our Children with Disability Service. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and in partnership with health colleagues. They should have good organisational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, who is enthusiastic and has excellent communication skills, alongside a passion for working with children and young people with disabilities. It is important that candidates are able to work autonomously and in collaboration with other agencies to deliver effective services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our children, their families, and caregivers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing reviews of care packages, developing creative support plans, and ensuring that the voice of the child is at the centre of all planning.
