**Deputy Manager**

(Basic Salary Range: £30,160.00 - £37,128.00 per annum. Dependent upon experience and qualifications.)

As a Deputy Manager, you'll lead a dedicated Home Team, providing unwavering support to our young people as they navigate through daily challenges and work towards brighter futures. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them through emotional, behavioural, and mental health hurdles, helping them not just cope but thrive.

**Unlock Your Potential:**

With a minimum of 3 years’ experience (at a senior level) within a children’s residential setting and a commitment to achieving greatness, coupled with Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (or equivalent), you'll have the opportunity to soar. We offer great training and continuous professional development, including avenues to attain qualifications such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People Services, Level 2 Certificate in Child & Adolescent Mental Health, and Positive Behaviour Support Courses Level 1 or 2.
