This children's home is located in Canterbury and is currently rated "Outstanding".
The successful Deputy Manager will:
Have at least 2 years of experience of working in a children's home. Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Deliver high standards of care, leadership and child protection. Be confident and work well on their own initiative. Have excellent communication skills. Be a good decision maker. BENEFITS:
