Who we are looking for… We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager ready to make a lasting difference in children’s lives. You’ll take on a leadership role, providing supervision and support to residential workers, overseeing placement plans, risk assessments, and ensuring that policies and educational support are upheld.
