Children's Home Deputy Manager

Hours:

Monday to Friday (37 hours) Time:

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)

Duties:

Looking after full team and giving guidance and support. Support and work alongside the registered manager. Monitoring staff performance, supervisions, and appraisals. Ensuring support and care for each child. Care plans and risk assessments. Overseeing staff and children's development. Ensuring safety of children in the home. Data protection and OFSTED audits.

Qualifications and Experience:

Level 4 NVQ working with children/young people (Management). Experience working with Ofsted. 24 months experience managing a residential children's home.
