An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Registered Manager, overseeing a brand-new Residential Children's Home in Bexhill-on-Sea.
Job Description
Monday to Friday 40hrs per week (overtime available) Performance-related bonus (up to £10,000) Pension scheme Up to £50,000 per annum Professional training and development Ongoing career progression Leading the opening of a brand new home supporting young people with EBD. A commitment to prioritising the welfare of young people above all else. Comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding principles and practices. Ability to manage efficiently and fairly, fostering an environment conducive to the growth and development of both staff and residents.
