Children's Home Registered Manager
Managing an OFSTED regulated children's residential care home
Managing a residential care service that provides residential support to young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
Working with RI and HR team to ensure the service is safe and effective in creating positive outcomes for children and young people
Build and develop the staff team, managing the residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
Manage referrals
Manage quality assurance, ensuring the service meets OFSTED and company standards
Burton based
Pay Details:
Up to £50,000
Hours Details:
Full-time, permanent contract
Monday - Friday
+ on-call responsibilities
If traveling a long distance, discussions can be had around start and finish times
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
NVQ Level 5, or working towards
Deputy or Registered Management experience
Driving licence
