We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Registered Manager
to lead a children's residential care home in South Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality service that is committed to supporting young people in need of care. Key Responsibilities: Register with OFSTED as the manager of the home Ensure the home meets OFSTED and company standards for care and compliance Provide a safe, supportive environment for all children, promoting their well-being and development Lead, manage, recruit, and support a dedicated staff team Oversee the home's budget and manage financial resources effectively Manage referrals, ensuring the home meets the needs of the children and young people Work closely with HR, Responsible Individual (RI), and Operations Management to ensure the smooth operation of the home Drive positive outcomes for young people, supporting their growth and development About the Service: A 2-bedded children's residential care home Supporting children aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours Currently rated

(or equivalent) At least
2 years' experience
as a Deputy or Manager in a children's home A valid
