Job Details:
We are seeking a
Children's Home Manager
to lead a residential care home in
Dartford, Kent . In this role, you will work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to safely manage a children's residential care service, providing expert support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities: Manage the residential service, ensuring it meets OFSTED standards for care and compliance Hold OFSTED registration for the children's home as the Registered Manager Oversee the recruitment, management, and development of the staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, working closely with HR Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in line with OFSTED regulations Manage the service's quality assurance processes Oversee the service's budget and ensure efficient use of resources Work alongside the Senior Management Team (SMT) to drive improvements and achieve positive outcomes for the young people Provide on-call support as part of the full-time role (Monday to Friday) The Service: A dynamic children's residential care home supporting young people with EBD Part of a national organisation specialising in OFSTED-regulated support services Opportunities for career progression and personal development within a growing organisation Salary Details: Up to
