This home has been fully refurbished to the highest standards and is now ready and waiting for the perfect manager to come on board. The position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to shape the future of the home, with the freedom to manage placements and recruit their team according to their own experience and preferences.

The successful candidate will be given significant autonomy in the setup of the home, allowing them to tailor placement types and staff recruitment to best meet the needs of the residents. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic, and deeply care-driven. My client values these qualities highly and is looking for a manager who can bring a passion for care and a commitment to excellence to the team.

In addition to the exciting managerial opportunities, the home will adopt a trauma-informed care approach, which my client has successfully implemented in their other established homes. This method has proven effective in fostering the development of children in their care. The Benefits: Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum The benefits are negotiable, allowing for personalised arrangements that cater to individual needs and preferences. This position is a permanent, full-time position Independent provider with big ambitions for the future Monday to Friday 40hrs per week (overtime available) Bonus Scheme Pension scheme
