The successful candidate will be given significant autonomy in the setup of the home, allowing them to tailor placement types and staff recruitment to best meet the needs of the residents. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic, and deeply care-driven. In addition to the exciting managerial opportunities, the home will adopt a trauma-informed care approach, which my client has successfully implemented in their other established homes. The Benefits: Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum The benefits are negotiable, allowing for personalised arrangements that cater to individual needs and preferences.
