Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (plus bonuses)

A leading care provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Children's Home Manager to launch and lead a small, specialized residential service in the picturesque town of Huddersfield, located on the edge of the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Key Responsibilities •Establishing and managing a new, innovative residential care service. •Building and leading a cohesive, high-performing team. •Setting ambitious targets and delivering outstanding care outcomes. •Collaborating with families and partners to promote best practices. •Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in care.
Requirements •Minimum of 2 years' experience in staff supervision/management. •At least 2 years' experience in residential childcare, ideally as a Deputy Manager. •Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). •Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve). •Full, clean driving license. •Proven ability to support young people with challenging behaviors. •Flexibility to cover shifts when required.
