Based in Harlow, Essex, our four-bed children's home is designed to offer a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and achieve their full potential. The Role As the Registered Manager, you will: Lead

and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding. Develop

and maintain a child-centred environment in line with Ofsted and CQC standards. Inspire

and support your team, fostering a positive culture of growth, development, and accountability. Manage

resources effectively, ensuring the home remains compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Children's Homes Regulations 2015. Collaborate

with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care. What We re Looking For We are seeking a compassionate and committed professional with: Proven leadership experience within a children s residential care setting. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures. A minimum of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. A track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving positive Ofsted inspections.
