Your responsibilities will include: Registering the home with Ofsted Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home Managing a dedicated team of staff Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Building positive relationships with young people and their families To be successful in this role, you will need: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager A passion for working with children and young people Finer Details: A competitive salary of up to £65,000 per year The opportunity to lead a brand-new service A supportive and collaborative work environment Ongoing professional development Ready to make a difference?
