As the Registered Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers who help and support children who have experienced a difficult start to their lives. I am looking for a committed and dedicated manager who can build rapport with the children in the home and ensure they have a positive and life-enhancing experience.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Registered Manager working in a Children's Residential Setting, hold your Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and a minimum of Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce. You should also have a proven track record with Ofsted and the Legislative Framework. If you are a strong Deputy Manager looking for your first Registered Manager role, you may be considered.
