Information:
As a Registered Manager, you will manage a children’s residential care home that specializes in support for children and young people with EBD.
The home is a 4 bedded children’s home, rated GOOD by Ofsted.
The service is based in Preston.
You will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff within a children’s residential care home, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported, 24/7.
Pay: Up to £60,000
Duties:
Work with the RI to manage the children’s residential care home
Hold OFSTED registration for the children’s home
Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
Build and develop the staff team
Manage the residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
Manage recruitment and staffing
Work with SMT to ensure the service implements company policies and procedures
Manage quality assurance
Manage budget
